Les Terrasses
A SUSTAINABLE HOME IN A 200,000SQM NATURE RESERVE NEAR THE PICTURESQUE VILLAGE OF VALLDEMOSSA.
THE UNOBSTRUCTED SEA AND MOUNTAIN VIEWS, WITH ITS OWN WATER SOURCE, FRUIT AND MEDICINAL GARDEN MAKE THIS ECOLOGICAL PROJECT UNIQUE.
TOGETHER WITH THE UNIVERSITY OF THE BALEARIC ISLANDS, WE WORK ON THE RESEARCH OF NEW TECHNOLOGIES WITH THE AIM TO APPLY THEM TO “LES TERRASSES”.
S´Oratjada
The project "S'Oratjada" is located only 5 minutes away from the center of the idyllic village of Deia in the heart of the UNESCO protected Tramuntana Mountains on the northwest coast of Mallorca.
The house was originally built in the 1960s by the well-known architect Pere Garau and is now being generously extended and modernised according to the latest building standards.
George Sand
Our project "George Sand" is situated 3 km from the idyllic village of Valldemossa surrounded by a picturesque mountain backdrop and fantastic sea views.
On around 600 square meters of living space, modernity meets an exciting past.
Adapted to the demands of modern life with an interior of the highest standard, the traditional Mallorcan architecture combines functionality and aesthetics through the distinctive wall cladding.
